Job summary

Momento Cybertech Solutions in Bengaluru seeks a skilled ServiceNow developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in ITSM modules, custom ServiceNow development, and strong JavaScript. You will work on ITSM, Service Catalog, and portal components, leveraging Glide APIs, HTML/CSS/AngularJS.

You will handle REST/SOAP integrations, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and CMDB while collaborating with clients in an Agile environment. Face-to-face interviews in Bangalore on 24th October.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong ITSM module expertise (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge).
• Hands-on with Service Portal, UI policies, client/server scripting.
• REST/SOAP integrations and flows using Flow Designer.
• End-to-end implementation experience and client-facing/Agile background.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow apps and modules.
• Design workflows, catalogs, and approval processes.
• Implement integrations via REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub.
• Admin tasks: users, ACLs, deployments, CMDB.
