Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to administer and maintain the platform across development, testing, and production environments in India. You will configure ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SPM, Employee Center, and custom apps, while ensuring stability, performance, security, and governance.

You will design workflows, workflows in Flow Designer, and integrations, develop Script Includes and REST/SOAP connections, and support updates and CI/CD deployments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
Understanding of ITIL processes and IT Service Management concepts.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) (preferred).
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) (preferred).
Certified Implementation Specialist certifications (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CSM, etc.) (preferred).
Experience working in large enterprise or global environments (preferred).

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform across development, test, and production environments.
Configure and support ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SPM, Employee Center, custom applications, and domain separation.
Ensure platform stability, performance, availability, and security.
Monitor system health and proactively resolve platform issues.
Design and develop workflows, Flow Designer solutions, catalog items, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and UI actions.
Develop and maintain Script Includes, REST/SOAP integrations, and custom applications.
Implement ServiceNow AI solutions.
Support deployments using Update Sets and CI/CD pipelines.
Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, Integration Hub, MID Servers, and Import Sets.
Troubleshoot integration failures and optimize data synchronization.
Work with third-party vendors and internal teams on system integrations.
Implement RBAC, ACLs, security best practices, governance processes, architecture reviews, and compliance requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve automation, user experience, and operational efficiency.
Evaluate new ServiceNow features and recommend adoption strategies.
Participate in platform upgrade planning, testing, and remediation.
Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, product owners, and development teams.
Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
