Job summary

MT is seeking a motivated ServiceNow Developer to contribute to design, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the Now Platform. The role focuses on hands-on delivery within a mature team, collaborating with senior resources to implement workflows, apps, and platform improvements that boost efficiency.

You will build and maintain custom applications, support ITSM processes (incident, problem, change), participate in testing and upgrades, and document configurations while following

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience.
• 2+ years hands-on ServiceNow development and administration.
• Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes.
• Knowledge of relational databases and scripting logic.
• Experience in configuration, scripting, testing, and documentation.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
• Exposure to ITSM ITOM ITSM modules and REST/SOAP integration.
• Basics of HTML and CSS for Service Portal work.
