Alike Thoughts in Hyderabad, India is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions across ITBM/ITSM modules. You will contribute to complex workflows, catalog building, and integrations with external systems, while ensuring quality and performance.

The role requires hands-on scripting (JavaScript, HTML/CSS, AngularJS), strong SDLC knowledge, and excellent communication to collaborate with stakeholders and teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow ITBM and ITSM modules.
• Hands-on scripting in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, AngularJS.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools via REST/SOAP.
• Experience in SDLC processes and agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Certified System Administrator is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize core ServiceNow applications.
• Configure ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change).
• Work on Service Catalog and complex workflows.
• Create reports and dashboards in ServiceNow.

ServiceNow Sr. Developer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities:

• 3-5 years working with ServiceNow platform as a Developer in enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment
• At least 3 years of experience in the IT Industry Experience
• Working knowledge of developing and customizing core ITBM applications such as Demand, PPM, Ideation, Program, etc. along with configuring ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, etc.
• Hands-on Experience in development Service Catalog and complex workflows
• Good Experience with CMDB to establish relationships between CIs
• Experience in integration ServiceNow with any 3rd party tool/application using web-services (REST/SOAP) or any other methodology like JDBC, etc.
• Working on Data sources and building transform maps to import the asset/CI data into ServiceNow
• Hands-on Experience with scripting (Service & Client side) - Client scripts, UI Policies, Scheduled Jobs, Background scripts, etc.
• Build ServiceNow Reports & Dashboards
• Experience with programming languages and databases including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS
• Working knowledge of implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology
• Experienced in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including customer requirement analysis and system design
• Maintains service level agreements (SLA) and monitors an SLA workflows
• Good understanding of ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, ITAM ServiceNow Modules Certification a plus
• Certified System Administrator (must have)
