Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and platform administration. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ITSM, CMDB, and overall ServiceNow platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Work extensively on ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.
• Configure and maintain CMDB, including CI relationships, data integrity, and CMDB best practices.
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.
• Configure workflows and Flow Designer to automate business processes.
