Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands‑on development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
• 8+ years of experience working in the software industry building enterprise applications.
• Utilize UI Builder to design and configure modern, scalable user interfaces.
• Implement NowAssist and AgentAI capabilities to improve automation, intelligence and customer experience.
• Hands‑on development & implementation experience in NowAssist (GenAI features) and AgenticAI solutions.
• Strong expertise in Script Includes, Service Portal development, and UI Builder.
• Experience in ACL, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Reporting/Dashboards.

Preferred Qualifications (Added Advantage)

• Implementation experience in Customer Service Management (CSM).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs.
• Build and maintain Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Integration APIs.
• Develop and enhance Service Portal components, Catalog Items, Widgets, and Workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues within ServiceNow applications.
