Job summary

Hitachi Vantara in Hyderabad, India, is seeking a senior ServiceNow developer to join our global team. You will design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and custom apps, aligning with enterprise standards.

You will lead cross‑module integration projects, work in Agile/Scrum settings, mentor junior developers, and ensure platform governance and security best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• Strong JavaScript & Glide API scripting.
• Experience with CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

The Role

• Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform aligned with enterprise standards
• Lead development across modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architecture
• Drive platform enhancements, integrations, and automation initiatives
• Provide advanced scripting expertise (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, etc.)
• Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, security, and governance standards
• Support incident resolution and production stability across the platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-wide solutions
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to platform governance and standards

What You’ll Bring

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator / Implementation Specialist
• Experience with GenAI / AI integrations on ServiceNow
• Experience with enterprise‑wide platform governance
• Exposure to multi‑domain or domain separation environments
