AboutPosition:

We are seeking a highly motivated ServiceNow Developer with expertise in ServiceNow platform development and a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing enterprise ServiceNow solutions while leveraging AI-powered capabilities to drive intelligent automation, improve user experiences, and optimize business operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical development skills with emerging AI technologies to deliver innovative and scalable digital workflow solutions.

WhatYou'llDo:

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain scalable ServiceNow applications, workflows, and platform solutions.
• Build and enhance AI-powered capabilities using ServiceNow Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, AI Search, and Generative AI technologies.
• Develop, configure, and optimize ServiceNow modules, forms, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations.
• Create and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications, cloud services, external platforms, and AI solutions.
• Develop and consume REST and SOAP APIs to enable seamless enterprise connectivity.
• Automate business processes and operational workflows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and intelligent automation capabilities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Participate in solution architecture discussions and contribute to platform design decisions.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, maintainability, security, and reliability across ServiceNow implementations.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, deployment, debugging, and production support activities.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and secure coding practices.
• Support Agile development methodologies and participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release activities.
• Leverage AI-powered development tools to improve productivity, code quality, documentation, and troubleshooting efficiency.
• Stay updated with ServiceNow platform enhancements, AI innovations, and industry best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and drive adoption of AI-enabled development practices.

ExpertiseYou'llBring:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and enterprise application development.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow Platform development, configuration, and customization.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal/Employee Center.
• Experience working with UI Builder, Workspaces, and modern ServiceNow user experiences.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP APIs, web services, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party enterprise systems and cloud platforms.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts including Generative AI, NLP, Conversational AI, Intelligent Automation, and Predictive Analytics.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow AI capabilities such as Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and AI Search.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, source control systems, and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of secure application development and enterprise security best practices.
• Strong analytical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Enterprise Service Management and Digital Workflow Automation environments.
• Exposure to Healthcare, Insurance, Financial Services, Procurement, Compliance, or Customer Service domains.
• Experience supporting mission-critical enterprise workflows and integrations.
• Knowledge of Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or other Large Language Models (LLMs) is preferred.
• Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), Vector Databases, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or AI orchestration frameworks is an advantage.
• Experience with ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, SPM, or other ServiceNow product suites.
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, cloud-native architectures, and modern integration patterns.
• Understanding of enterprise governance, risk management, compliance, and data privacy requirements.
• Strong commitment to continuous learning and adoption of emerging AI technologies.
• Ability to leverage approved AI tools for development, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and solution design activities.
• Active contributor to AI adoption initiatives, knowledge-sharing programs, and engineering excellence practices
