Job summary
Techaiv Technologies in Hyderabad is hiring an experienced ServiceNow CMDB + AIOps Developer to join our IT solutions team. You will build AI-driven automation, develop AI Agents, and enhance CMDB, ITOM, and ITSM workflows. Requirements include 5-7 years of ServiceNow experience and a Bachelor’s Degree.

Responsibilities
- Build and enhance AI-driven automation within ServiceNow
- Develop and implement AI Agents, Agentic AI, GenAI and intelligent automation solutions for ITSM and ITOM
- Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations and automation across ITSM, ITOM and CMDB
- Implement AI-driven automation, predictive insights, intelligent incident routing and self-service solutions
- Configure and customize CMDB, Discovery, Event Management and other ITOM capabilities
- Analyze business and operational requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders, operational teams and architects on solution design and implementation
- Identify opportunities to use AI/ML and GenAI to improve service operations and incident management
- Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow development standards, security, governance, performance and scalability best practices
- Troubleshoot, optimize and continuously improve existing ServiceNow applications and integrations
