Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced professional with over 5 years of IT experience, focusing on the ServiceNow platform in a design or technical leadership role. This position involves leading the architecture and design of complex ServiceNow implementations while ensuring effective governance of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Enterprise Architecture, cloud application design, and integration methods. Certification as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is also required.

• Experience leading architecture and design of complex ServiceNow implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of multi-workflow ServiceNow systems.
• Define and govern the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and CMDB.
• Configure ServiceNow Discovery, including MID Servers and Patterns.

• Proficiency with integration methods (Web Services, IntegrationHub).
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML) and database concepts (SQL/NoSQL).
• Expertise in ServiceNow Discovery configuration, including MID Servers, Patterns, and debugging.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
