Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
• Develop and manage Service Catalog Items, Record Producers, Order Guides, and workflow/flow automations.
• Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
• Perform data migrations using Import Sets and Transform Maps.
• Develop notifications, scheduled jobs, and automation solutions.
• Participate in release management, deployments, upgrades, and platform enhancements.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Follow coding standards, perform unit testing, and maintain technical documentation.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in scripting, integrations, workflow automation, and Service Catalog development, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
• Develop and manage Service Catalog Items, Record Producers, Order Guides, and workflow/flow automations.
• Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
