Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Flow Designer workflows.
• Develop Service Catalog items, Record Producers, and Approval Workflows.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Design and develop custom applications using App Engine Studio where required.
• Perform platform upgrades, enhancements, and defect fixes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices and participate in code reviews.

Required Skills
