Job summary

Vyntrapro Innovations is seeking an experienced ServiceNow specialist to design, configure and implement ITSM, CSM/HRSD and ITOM modules across major Indian locations. You will build workflows, UI policies, and integrations using REST/SOAP, MID Server and IntegrationHub, while ensuring CMDB accuracy and service portal delivery.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years in ServiceNow with at least one end-to-end implementation, certifications such as CSA/CAD/CIS-ITSM/CIS-CSM, and strong client-facing

Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of total experience with at least 5 years in ServiceNow.
• At least one end-to-end ServiceNow implementation.
• Certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM / CIS-HRSD, CIS-Discovery / Service Mapping / ITOM.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and configure ServiceNow ITSM, CSM/HRSD and ITOM modules.
• Build workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts and Service Catalog items.
• Implement ITOM capabilities including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and CMDB.
• Configure CSM case management and customer portals.
• Implement HRSD case management, Employee Center, lifecycle events and employee journeys.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server and IntegrationHub.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
• Contribute to solution architecture, effort estimation and technical documentation.
• Work directly with customers to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Mentor junior team members.

• Excellent communication and customer-facing consulting skills.
• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Open to Pune, Noida, Chennai, Hyderabad or Bangalore (Fujitsu supports relocation).
