Qualifications

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior ServiceNow Developer at Enterprise Minds. The Senior ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for coding, developing, and deploying systems and applications that enhance user experiences and align with business goals. Day-to-day tasks include back-end web development, software development, and programming with a focus on Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, including hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, or custom modules.
• Design, develop, and implement custom applications and enhancements on the ServiceNow platform to support GCID ITSM/ITOM processes in incident, problem, change, service request, event or CMDB areas.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNows data model, table structure, and platform architecture.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform upgrades and migrations.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices, including code review, version control, and testing.
• Expertise in ServiceNow integrations with external systems (e.g., LDAP, SCCM, Azure, and AWS).
• Minimum 6 years designing ServiceNow architecture, data designs, or overall solution architecture implementer on a mature installation;
• Configures and develops on the VAs instance of ServiceNow including routine changes or configuration adjustments as directed by the customer;
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or Certified Implementation Specialist).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in implementing ServiceNow HRSD, CSM, or SecOps modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, AngularJS, and other front-end technologies
• Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes and frameworks.
• Experience with Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent, or Mobile Studio.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
