Job summary

Safran Engineering Services in Mumbai seeks an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and maintain scoped applications on the ServiceNow platform. You will work across front and back end components and connect apps with external systems.

Responsibilities include ITSM process understanding, ATF-driven testing, and REST/SOAP API integrations, with a collaborative Agile team environment and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Extensive ServiceNow development experience: JavaScript, Glide Record, client/server scripts, UI policies and workflows.
• Solid ITSM knowledge and integration with external systems via REST/SOAP.
• Experience using ATF for designing, executing and maintaining automated tests.

Job description

Description:

Develop, maintain and enhance custom developed ServiceNow scoped applications utilizing the ServiceNow Platform.

This will include front and back end components connected to a blended technology stack and also focus on interconnecting ServiceNow applications/functions into other ServiceNow applications as well as legacy systems.

Responsibilities:

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow development, including JavaScript scripting, Glide Record, client/server scripts, UI policies, business rules, catalog items, and workflow/configuration.
• Solid understanding of ITSM processes and exposure to additional ServiceNow modules.
• Experienced in using the Automated Test Framework (ATF) for designing, executing, and maintaining automated tests.
• Proficient in REST/SOAP API testing, integrations validation, and troubleshooting using tools such as Postman and ServiceNow REST Explorer.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a collaborative, Agile team environment, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
