Job summary

Geetha Technology Solutions is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and customize enterprise platform solutions. You will build UI Builder pages, Workspaces, and data-driven experiences while integrating REST/SOAP APIs and managing end-to-end delivery.

The role emphasizes strong scripting, workflow design, and collaboration with global teams. A 3+ year track record and CSA/CAD considerations enhance the candidacy; hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development/implementation experience
• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development and customization
• Experience with UI Builder, Workspaces, or Now Experience Framework
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, or enterprise integrations
• Good exposure to ITOM, CMDB, GRC/IRM, ITSM, Risk, Compliance, or Security modules
• CSA certification preferred; CAD/CIS certifications are an advantage
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT, CS, or related field

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow platform solutions.
• Develop ServiceNow apps using JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
• Build UI Builder pages, Workspaces, portals, navigation, components, and data-driven experiences.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and other APIs.
• Work on ITOM, CMDB, GRC/IRM, ITSM, or other enterprise modules.
• Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions and manage design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Troubleshoot platform, workflow, integration, and performance issues.
• Support platform administration, upgrades, configuration, governance, and documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, clients, and development teams.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers.

• Develop ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
• Build and configure UI Builder pages, ServiceNow Workspaces, portals, navigation, components, and data-driven experiences.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and other APIs.
• Work on ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, CMDB, GRC/IRM, ITSM, or other enterprise applications.
• Translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions and manage design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Troubleshoot complex platform, workflow, integration, and performance issues.
• Support platform administration, upgrades, configuration, governance, documentation, and best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, clients, and development teams.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor junior ServiceNow developers when required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development/implementation experience; 2+ years preferred for Technical Consultant/Lead roles.
• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development and customization.
• Experience with UI Builder, Workspaces, or Now Experience Framework.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, or enterprise integrations.Good exposure to one or more of ITOM, CMDB, GRC/IRM, ITSM, Risk, Compliance, or Security modules.
• Ability to handle end-to-end implementation and technical solution design.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• CSA certification preferred; CAD/CIS certifications are an advantage.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
