Job summary

Techno-Comp Computer Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to implement platform applications and integrate with third-party tools, enhancing support workflows.

The role requires strong JavaScript, REST APIs, Flow Designer, and experience with ITSM/HRSD modules; you will own projects from inception to delivery and contribute to design reviews and post-deployment support.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ServiceNow projects across ITSM/ITOM/HR modules.
• Proficiency with client/server scripting and REST API usage.

Responsibilities

Service Now Developer

• Implement platform applications and features that transform and optimize the way support teams operate in their day-to-day lives.
• Develop and implement new ServiceNow Integrations with 3rd party apps for data sync and automation.
• Develop flows and scripts to personalize existing ServiceNow applications to improve business processes and remove manual intervention from support teams.
• Constantly think about innovating and improving teams way of working, setting up best practices, bringing up innovative and out of the box solutions.
• Take complete ownership of the projects assigned until delivery and provide support, if needed, post deployment.
• Solving complex problems in a highly dynamic and agile environment.
• Having a strong focus on code quality, reusability and scalability of the implemented solution.
• Lead and participate in design/architectural, technical reviews and UAT demos for the various projects undertaken.
• Create design/technical documentations for new components/integrations built.

Skills Required

• Servicenow Applications like ITSM, PPM, HRSD, FSM Applications and at least one Custom/scoped Application development experience is mandatory.
• Strong experience in Integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc..).
• Proficient in JavaScript to understand the requirement and develop with Scripting.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow Development Platform including (but not limited to) ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, Employee Lifecycle/HR.
• Understanding on ServiceNow Client-side and Server-side scripting, REST APIs, Flow Designers, MID Servers, Service Portal
• Good understanding of programming languages HTML, JavaScript, SQL, Angular JS, Python or expertise in any other programming language
• SQL Server or other database technology experience
• Convincing problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to handle and address complexity under pressure
• Detailed oriented nature to seek and understand all the details of the problem before beginning to solve it.
• Ability to drive your projects from inception to completion and overcome challenges along the way.
