Job summary

Pracyva Consulting Services is seeking a ServiceNow Developer for on-site work in Hinjewadi/Wakdewadi, Pune. The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience and hands-on expertise across ITOM modules, CSM, custom apps, and Gen AI features. Immediate joiners preferred and the position is Pune-based.

The candidate should be proficient in ServiceNow ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Now Assist, with a strong architectural mindset for implementing end-to-end solutions across modules.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules and related tools.
• Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow CSM and custom app development.
• Familiar with Gen AI features and Now Assist capabilities.
• Exposure to ITOM Event Management and Discovery workflows.
• Experience with Service Mapping and CSDM concepts.
• Architectural understanding across ServiceNow modules.
