Job summary

Tekskills is seeking a ServiceNow Developer with 8–10 years of experience to design and implement enterprise ITSM solutions across multiple locations in India. The role emphasizes Now Assist/GenAI enablement, automation, and strong configuration skills.

Qualifications

8–10 years of experience as a ServiceNow developer in enterprise environments.
Hands-on configuration of Now Assist / GenAI for ITSM.
Strong development/configuration capability for enterprise workflows and automation.
Experience with automation/orchestration and auditability patterns.
Knowledge of Virtual Agent and Teams integration is a plus.
ITIL/ITSM understanding in a ServiceNow-driven operating model.

MustHave Skills

Hands‑on experience configuring Now Assist / GenAI for ITSM (enablement + operationalization, not just awareness).
Strong ServiceNow development/configuration capability for enterprise workflows and automation delivery
Practical experience with automation/orchestration and ticket‑driven execution patterns with auditability
Working experience with Virtual Agent (design/enhance topics, adoption improvements); Teams integration exposure preferred
ITIL/ITSM understanding in a ServiceNow‑driven operating model (Service Desk interaction model, catalog, knowledge).
