Job summary

Tekskills is seeking a ServiceNow Developer with 8-10 years of experience to deliver enterprise ITSM solutions across major projects in Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Pune.

You will configure Now Assist / GenAI for ITSM, develop ServiceNow workflows, automate processes, and enhance Virtual Agent capabilities while aligning with ITIL/ITSM practices in a modern operating model.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring Now Assist / GenAI for ITSM.
• Strong ServiceNow development/configuration capability for enterprise workflows.
• Experience with automation/orchestration and auditability.
• Working experience with Virtual Agent and Teams integration.
• ITIL/ITSM understanding in a ServiceNow-driven operating model.

Responsibilities

• Configure Now Assist / GenAI for ITSM to enable enterprise workflows.
• Develop and configure ServiceNow for automation delivery at scale.
• Implement audit-friendly ticket-driven execution patterns.
• Design and enhance Virtual Agent capabilities; enable Teams integration.

MustHave Skills

• Hands‑on experience configuring Now Assist / GenAI for ITSM (enablement + operationalization, not just awareness).
• Strong ServiceNow development/configuration capability for enterprise workflows and automation delivery
• Practical experience with automation/orchestration and ticket‑driven execution patterns with auditability
• Working experience with Virtual Agent (design/enhance topics, adoption improvements); Teams integration exposure preferred
• ITIL/ITSM understanding in a ServiceNow‑driven operating model (Service Desk interaction model, catalog, knowledge).

Experience & Certifications

• 5-8+ years in ServiceNow development (enterprise environment preferred
