Job summary

Tekskills is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our delivery teams across India. The candidate will design, configure and extend enterprise ITSM workflows, automate processes and implement Now Assist/GenAI solutions to improve service delivery.

Required 8-10 years of experience, with a strong background in ServiceNow development, ITIL/ITSM concepts, and automation patterns. Location spread includes Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Pune; travel as needed may be required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring Now Assist / GenAI for ITSM.
• Strong ServiceNow development/configuration for enterprise workflows.
• Automation/orchestration and audit-friendly ticket execution patterns.
• Working knowledge of Virtual Agent and Teams integration preferred.

• Strong ServiceNow development/configuration capability for enterprise workflows and automation delivery
• Practical experience with automation/orchestration and ticket‑driven execution patterns with auditability
• Working experience with Virtual Agent (design/enhance topics, adoption improvements); Teams integration exposure preferred
• ITIL/ITSM understanding in a ServiceNow‑driven operating model (Service Desk interaction model, catalog, knowledge).

Experience & Certifications

• 5-8+ years in ServiceNow development (enterprise environment preferred
