Job summary

Orbia Pune is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITOM, HRSD, SPM, ITSM and related business processes. You will collaborate with stakeholders, configure workflows, and optimize platform performance while ensuring security and governance.

The role requires 5+ years of enterprise ServiceNow development, strong scripting skills, and experience integrating with cloud and on-premises systems. Agile delivery experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with cloud and on-premises applications.
• CSA, CAD, CIS-ITOM & CIS-DISCO certifications required.
• Strong knowledge of ITOM, ITSM, SPM and related modules.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Virtual Agent, Now Assist and MID Server.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet evolving business requirements
• Implement and maintain core ServiceNow capabilities including SPM, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, Virtual Agent, and Now Assist
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into effective solutions
• Own end-to-end delivery of tasks and projects, from requirement definition through development, testing, and deployment
• Ensure reporting and dashboards align with ITSM/SPM processes, portfolio needs, and organizational goals
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize platform performance, ensuring stability, scalability, and issue resolution
• Ensure platform security, compliance, and adherence to IT governance policies and best practices
• Provide technical support, end-user training, and guidance to drive adoption and effective platform usage
• Work in an Agile delivery model, independently lead initiatives, manage stakeholder expectations, and stay current with ServiceNow releases and best practices
• Ability to translate requirements into technical deliverables

• Automation & Scripting: Experience in scripting and workflow automation in ServiceNow
