Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services, Hyderabad, invites a seasoned ServiceNow Developer to join our enterprise IT service team. You will design and implement solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD and related modules, with hands-on scripting and integration work.

The ideal candidate has 5–15 years of experience, strong knowledge of CMDB, flow designer/workflows, and REST/SOAP integrations, plus a disciplined approach to Agile development and production-support RCA.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience with CMDB, ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ATF, HRSD.
• Proficient in inbound actions, client scripts, UI policies, business rules, and UI actions.
• Experience with flow designer or workflows; Agile methodology.
• Strong integrations with SOAP/REST; scripting is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end ServiceNow development across ITSM and related modules.
• Perform root cause analysis for production issues and implement fixes.
