Job summary

Info Origin Inc. in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer (ITSM) to join our IT services team. You will design, implement, and administer ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Integrations.

Required hands-on experience with REST/SOAP, CMDB, CSDM, and reporting dashboards, plus strong stakeholder management and release support. BE/BTech or higher is expected; immediate to 30 days joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of overall IT experience with hands-on ServiceNow development and administration
• Mandatory hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog
• Integrations experience: REST API, SOAP Web Services, Integration Hub & MID Server
• CMDB administration including CSDM and CI relationships, plus reporting dashboards and ITIL processes
