SwaaS is seeking a ServiceNow Developer focused on CSM and ITSM for our Chennai team. The role requires 4+ years of hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications, with strong collaboration with stakeholders.

You will build workflows, integrations via REST/SOAP, perform upgrades, mentor juniors, and ensure security and governance standards are met. Excellent communication and problem-solving are expected.
