Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Systems Integration senior Specialist - ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka (IN-KA), India (IN). As part of our continued growth, we are looking for passionate individuals to join our ServiceNow practice, We are seeking a motivated ServiceNow Developers who has strong coding fundamentals and a passion for building solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate has knowledge of JavaScript or VBScript and a keen interest in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, in-office attendance is expected 3 or more days per week with flexibility to work remotely on other days.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and configuration of applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Support implementation of ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
• Develop and maintain client scripts, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, and workflows.
• Collaborate with senior developers and functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in testing, documentation, and deployment activities.
• Continuously enhance technical skills through training, certifications, and hands-on learning.

Requirements Technical Skills
