Job summary

ACL Digital is seeking a ServiceNow Developer with 6-9 years of hands-on experience to join our Bangalore delivery center. You will design, configure, and extend ITSM, HRSD, and custom apps within the ServiceNow platform.

You will implement client/server scripting, Flow Designer, and UI policies, and collaborate in design reviews, sprint planning, and peer coding. Strong REST/SOAP integration and CI/CD familiarity are required.

Qualifications

• Proven ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience with ITSM and HRSD modules.
• Ability to implement REST/SOAP integrations.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

• Contribute to testing and deployment activities, including ATF and CI/CD pipelines.
• Create documentation, user guides, and support materials.
