Job summary

Everforth Quinnox is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to join our Bangalore office. You will lead hands-on development, configure and customize ITSM modules, and build custom apps using App Engine.

You will implement complex integrations (REST/SOAP/IntegrationHub), develop Portal components, and mentor junior consultants. You will participate in design reviews, ensure platform governance, and support SIT/UAT through production deployments, while upholding architecture and coding standards

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience delivering two end-to-end ServiceNow implementations.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB, ITSM, and Service Portal.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and technical deliverables translating designs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules; build custom apps on App Engine.
• Develop integrations (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub) and data migrations.
• Mentor junior consultants and enforce coding standards.
• Participate in design reviews, SIT/UAT, and production deployments.
• Drive platform optimization and governance, including CSDM adoption.
