Job summary

Pi Square Technologies is seeking a Configuration Manager to design and govern CMDB processes, focusing on CSDM integration across IT services. The role involves managing CIs, data modelling with product teams, and enabling changes with strong governance.

Responsibilities include implementing CMDB improvements, training stakeholders, and leveraging Service Graph Connector for AWS and Azure discovery, with awareness of Google Cloud and Kubernetes discovery.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CSDM and how related processes connect.
• CSDM data modelling in collaboration with SPM and product/app teams.
• Strong understanding of business applications and application services.
• Ability to manage and control configuration items (CIs) including hardware and software; maintain records and enable controlled changes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement CM process enhancements.
• Provide training and support to end-users on CSDM framework and CMDB.
• Knowledge of AWS server discovery with Service Graph Connector.
• Knowledge of Azure server discovery with Service Graph Connector.
• Awareness of Google Cloud discovery.
• Awareness of Kubernetes discovery.
