Job summary

Acesoft Labs in Bengaluru seeks an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design and deliver scalable ITSM and integration solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and business needs.

You will lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, drive design governance, manage integrations, and guide data models and CMDB/CSDM alignment, while ensuring governance, security, and ITIL compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience with a strong ServiceNow background.
• CSA and at least one certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM/ITOM/CSM/SPM) are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions (ITSM/ITOM/CMDB/HRSD).
• Drive design workshops, governance councils, and platform roadmap discussions.
• Design and govern integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server, third-party systems).
• Lead stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
• Define solution architecture, data models, and integration patterns.
• Drive CSDM/CMDB alignment and platform standardization.
• Provide technical leadership to development and operations teams.
• Lead upgrade, release planning, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with enterprise integration teams to ensure secure data exchange and GDPR compliance.

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end ServiceNow Solutions (ITSM/ITOM/CMDB/HRSD)
• Proven experience driving design workshops, governance councils, and platform roadmap discussions.
• Design and govern integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, third-party systems)
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Define solution architecture, data models, and integration patterns
• Drive CSDM / CMDB alignment and platform standardization
• Provide technical leadership to development and operations teams
• Lead upgrade, release planning, and performance optimization
• Collaborate with enterprise integration teams (e.g., Azure, SAP, Kafka) to ensure reliable and secure data exchange, ensuring integrations adhere to data privacy, GDPR, and audit standards.

Required Skills
