Job summary

Anlage Infotech in Hyderabad, India is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Lead to guide medium to large ITAM/ITOM/CMDB implementations. The role requires hands‑on scripting, strong integration experience and a track record in asset management and discovery.

You will mentor a team and ensure successful delivery across lifecycle stages. Candidates must have 10–13 years IT experience with 6–7 years in ServiceNow ITAM/ITOM/CMDB, plus 5+ years in team leadership and a ServiceNow CSA.

Qualifications

• 10-13 years of overall experience in IT with a focus on ServiceNow implementations.
• Minimum 6-7 years in ServiceNow ITAM/ITOM/CMDB projects.
• 5+ years in team lead roles with people management experience.
• Hands-on with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML) and REST/SOAP Web Services.
• Strong knowledge of Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions and CMDB data model.
• Hands-on with ITAM (Hardware/Software assets) and ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management).
• Experience with CMDB management and CSDM; strong integration/migration skills.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator is a must; Bachelor's degree.
• Preferred: Implementation Specialist & CAD credentials.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to large ServiceNow implementations end‑to‑end.
• Configure and manage MID Servers and integrate with diverse devices and apps for asset discovery.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions on time.
• Mentor and manage a ServiceNow project team; ensure quality and governance.
• Drive design, development, testing and deployment of ITAM/ITOM/CMDB modules.

Role & responsibilities

Required:

• 10-13 years of experience.
• At least 6-7 years of experience in ServiceNow ITAM/ITOM/CMDB implementations.
• At least 5+ years of ServiceNow team lead experience and people management.
• ServiceNow scripting experience using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and REST/SOAP Web Services.
• Understanding and experience of Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and all scripted aspects of ServiceNow.
• Hands‑on with ITAM products like Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management.
• Hands‑on with ITOM products like Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Hands‑on with CMDB management and administration and Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• Strong knowledge of integrations and migrations.
• Deep functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform as well as experience delivering medium to large‑scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Configure MID Servers and integrate them with diverse network devices, servers, and applications for automated asset discovery.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator is a must.
• Bachelors Degree.
