Tekskills in India seeks a seasoned CMDB/ITOM expert with 10+ years in CMDB and 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow CMDB to drive configuration management across hybrid cloud, enterprise infrastructure and business applications.

You will work with CSDM, Service Mapping, Discovery, Service Graph Connectors, CI normalization and reconciliation, ITSM/ITOM observability, and CMDB governance and certification programs to ensure accurate, scalable data and service visibility.

Qualifications

10+ years in CMDB / Configuration Management / ITOM roles.
