ServiceIO Consultancy Services seeks an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Analyst to support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of CMDB solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role emphasizes CMDB analysis, ITIL-aligned processes, and collaboration with stakeholders across teams.

Ideal candidates will have CSA certification, exposure to Asset and Configuration Management, and familiarity with Agile development practices to drive continuous improvements.“

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Configuration Management and ServiceNow CMDB module.
• Strong technical skills in CMDB analysis and knowledge of ITIL best practices.
• CSA is must; CIS will be added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow CMDB solutions.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and recommend solutions.
• Conduct CMDB analysis to identify improvements.
• Develop and maintain CMDB processes and workflows per ITIL.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow CMDB modules including Asset and Configuration Management.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow teams for integration with other modules.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CMDB solutions.
• Keep up-to-date with ServiceNow CMDB developments and adapt as needed.

5+ years of experience in Configuration Management and ServiceNow CMDB module. Strong technical skills in CMDB analysis and knowledge of ITIL best practices would be essential.

As a ServiceNow CMDB analyst, primary responsibility would be to support the implementation and maintenance of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) solutions for organizations that use the ServiceNow platform. This would require expertise in CMDB analysis, ServiceNow CMDB module, and ITIL best practices.

Key Duties And Responsibilities May Include

• Supporting the implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow CMDB solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
• Assisting in the gathering of requirements from stakeholders and recommending solutions that meet their needs.
• Conducting CMDB analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Developing and maintaining CMDB processes and workflows based on industry best practices and ITIL standards.
• Configuring and customizing ServiceNow CMDB modules including Asset Management and Configuration Management.
• Collaborating with other ServiceNow functional teams to ensure effective integration of CMDB solutions with other ServiceNow modules.
• Ensuring adherence to ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for CMDB solutions.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow CMDB developments and recommending appropriate solutions to meet evolving business needs.
• Additionally, good communication and collaboration skills are required to effectively work with stakeholders and other ServiceNow functional teams. Experience with Agile software development methodologies would also be beneficial.
