Job summary

Tekskills is seeking a senior ServiceNow CMDB expert in Hyderabad to design, implement, and govern a robust CMDB. You will shape CI structures, map data relationships, and optimize discovery and mapping to maximize visibility and accuracy across IT services.

Ideal candidates bring extensive CMDB experience, strong scripting skills, API integrations, and ITIL knowledge. You will mentor junior team members and drive governance while communicating metrics to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of hands-on ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery and Service Mapping experience.
• Strong knowledge of servers, networks, cloud and applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, data modeling and integrations.
• Experience with MID Servers, REST/SOAP APIs and data integration tools.
• Solid ITIL v3/v4 understanding, configuration management practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Expertise in JavaScript, Glide scripting, data modeling, and custom integrations.
• Hands-on experience with MID Servers, REST/SOAP APIs, and data integration tools.
• Solid understanding of ITIL v3/v4 framework, particularly Configuration Management.
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder interaction skills.
• Preferred Certifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Discovery and/or CMDB Specialist Certification
