Job summary

Exiger Technologies in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Developer to join our enterprise platform team. You will design and implement CMDB data quality improvements, automation, and scalable CMDB solutions.

The role covers configuring CMDB data quality controls, workflows, dashboards, and integrations with ITOM, REST, Flow Designer, and governance to support complex enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, SACM, and CMDB governance.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow CMDB solutions to improve data quality and governance.
• Implement Business Rules, Flow Designer, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Configure CMDB tables, CI Classes, relationships, lifecycle controls, and ownership management.
• Build automated remediation workflows for stale CIs, missing ownership, duplicate records, and incomplete relationships.
• Configure CMDB Health, certification workflows, and data quality controls.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs for CMDB health, ownership, compliance, and operational metrics.
• Simplify CMDB forms, views, and user experience for various business teams.
• Configure Import Sets, Transform Maps, REST integrations, Integration Hub, and Service Graph Connectors.
• Support testing, deployment, release management, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Architects, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Platform Teams.
