Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with deep expertise in OTM and OTAM to lead telecom order management and asset management implementations across PAN India.

You will design scalable ServiceNow architectures, drive workshops, and collaborate with enterprise architects to align product fulfillment and service provisioning with business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in ServiceNow OTM/OTAM implementations in telecom domains.
• Strong telecom domain knowledge preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in relevant roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end OTM/OTAM solution architecture.
• Design Telecom Order Management solutions.
• Define product and service fulfillment architecture.
• Lead telecom asset lifecycle design.
• Drive customer workshops and architecture discussions.
• Build scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned to business needs.
