Job summary

Jero Technologies in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design and deliver end-to-end enterprise solutions. You will lead architecture discussions, translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow implementations, and govern integrations via REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.

The role requires hands-on expertise across ITOM, HRSD, FSO, IRM/GRC, ITAM, and SecOps, with strong CMDB/CSDM knowledge and stakeholder leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience with hands-on Architect/Solution Architect roles.
• Strong ITSM architecture and implementation experience.
• Hands-on in 3+ modules: ITOM, HRSD, FSO, IRM/GRC, ITAM, SecOps.
• Solid knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog.
• Experience with enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
• Excellent stakeholder management, solution design, and technical leadership.
