Job summary

Careernet is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Architect with telecom domain expertise to lead architectural design and platform delivery across the ServiceNow domain. You will translate requirements into scalable, out-of-the-box solutions and guide cross-functional teams on technical direction.

The ideal candidate has 14+ years in ServiceNow architecture, strong hands-on CSM/TSM experience, and a background as an IT architect in telecom contexts.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and platform delivery.
• Hands-on ServiceNow implementations, especially in CSM or TSM environments.
• Proven IT architect with telecom domain experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive functional and technical solution design across the ServiceNow domain.
• Translate business and IT requirements into ServiceNow solutions aligned to OOTB capabilities and architectural standards.
• Provide architectural oversight across solutioning and development activities.
• Work with enterprise architects, solution architects, and domain SMEs to shape implementation epics and delivery plans.
• Support Agile planning activities and guide squads with technical direction and platform expertise.

• Experience working with ServiceNow platform capabilities and enterprise integration scenarios

Good to Have:
