Job summary

Webologix Ltd/ INC is seeking a ServiceNow Telecom Service Management Architect with 8+ to 15+ years of experience. The role involves defining end-to-end architectures for TSM/TSOM, leading workshops, and designing telecom-focused solutions across fiber, mobile, and broadband services.

You will integrate OSS/BSS and ERP systems, and guide teams through REST/SOAP and event-based integrations. The ideal candidate will mentor engineers, collaborate with stakeholders, and support RFP/RFI processes

Qualifications

• 8+ to 15+ years of experience in solution architecture for telecom services.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow TSM/TSOM and telecom domain capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead workshops, blueprint solutions, and design architecture.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture for ServiceNow TSM/TSOM implementations.
• Lead discovery workshops, requirement analysis, solution blueprinting, and architecture design.
• Design solutions for Service Order Management, Service Fulfillment, and Service Assurance.
• Design telecom-specific solutions for Fiber, Mobile, Enterprise Connectivity, SD-WAN and Broadband.
• Define integrations with OSS, BSS, CRM, ERP, Inventory, Activation, Monitoring and Network Management Systems.
• Architect REST/SOAP, API-led, middleware and event-based integrations.
• Establish ServiceNow architecture standards, governance, reusable design patterns, and platform roadmap.
• Conduct architecture reviews, solution assessments, and provide technical guidance to development teams.
• Work with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, product owners and telecom operations teams.
• Support RFP/RFI, solution estimation and technical proposals.
• Mentor senior developers and technical leads.
