Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in India seeks a ServiceNow ITOM Architect / Functional Consultant to drive ITOM architecture, CMDB, Discovery and Service Mapping in client projects.

You will conduct workshops, design integrations, create specs, and lead governance, UAT and deployments with stakeholders across business and technical teams to ensure successful transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM
• Proven ability to define ITOM solution architecture and implementation strategy
• Strong experience with CMDB, Discovery and Service Mapping
