Job summary

AlgoLeap Technologies Pvt Ltd. is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. You will translate business requirements into scalable, secure solutions and collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and partners to drive modernization and upgrades.

The role requires deep expertise in ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, ITOM, and integrations, with a focus on governance, risk management, and scalable platform design.

Qualifications

• 10–14 years of ServiceNow experience.
• Experience as ServiceNow Solution Architect / Lead Architect.
• Strong ITSM experience.
• Strong CMDB / CSDM knowledge.
• Experience with ITOM, Discovery and Service Mapping.
• ServiceNow integrations and API architecture.
• REST / SOAP / IntegrationHub / MID Server.
• ServiceNow scripting: JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions.
• Flow Designer / Workflow.
• Security: ACLs, roles.
• Scoped applications / custom applications.
• Upgrade and migration experience.
• Technical documentation including HLD/LLD.
• Experience with enterprise architecture and governance teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture for enterprise implementations and transformation initiatives.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable ServiceNow architecture and solution designs.
• Define HLD/LLD, technical architecture, integration architecture, data models, workflows, and security architecture.
• Lead architecture discussions with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, developers, administrators, and implementation partners.
• Provide technical direction and governance across ServiceNow development and implementation teams.
• Design solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps and custom applications.
• Design and govern integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, APIs, web services and event-driven integrations.
• Define CMDB architecture, CSDM alignment, Discovery, Service Mapping, data governance and CMDB health strategies.
• Establish ServiceNow development standards covering configuration vs customization, scripting, scoped applications, update sets, application repositories and deployment practices.
• Review technical designs, code, integrations, custom applications and platform configurations.
• Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, security standards, scalability, performance and upgradeability.
• Lead platform modernization, instance consolidation, upgrade and migration initiatives.
• Evaluate new ServiceNow capabilities and recommend appropriate platform solutions.
• Work with security teams on SSO, OAuth, ACLs, roles, encryption and secure integrations.
• Support technical estimation, solution proposals, POCs and implementation planning.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies and architectural gaps and drive their resolution.
• Mentor ServiceNow developers, technical leads and administrators.
