Job summary

Careernet in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead enterprise implementations and define platform standards. You will shape scalable solutions across ITSM, HRSD, Employee Center Pro, and ITAM, guiding architecture reviews and governance.

Responsibilities include building integrations with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and UI Builder, and mentoring delivery teams on best practices.

Qualifications

• 10-16 years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow implementation and development background.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow architecture, solution design, and enterprise module implementation.
• Deep platform expertise across ITSM, Employee Center Pro, Service Operations Workspace, HRSD, and ITAM.
• Ability to design scalable ServiceNow solutions with strong data model, CMDB, and platform architecture understanding.
• Experience building integrations and workflow automation using JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and UI Builder.

Responsibilities

• Define platform standards, reusable components, governance models, and implementation best practices for enterprise ServiceNow programs.
• Design and deliver integrations and workflow automation using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MID Server, and JDBC.
• Build and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Service Portal, and UI Builder.
• Partner with stakeholders and delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions and support platform enhancements.
• HRSD, Employee Center Pro, Service Operations Workspace, and ITAM integration and alignment efforts.
