Job summary

Yantran is seeking a senior ServiceNow Architect in Chennai to define architecture, design enterprise workflows, and lead integrations across ITSM/ITOM domains. The role will also establish development standards, shape data and security architecture, and mentor delivery teams.

The candidate will drive implementations and upgrades, review solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust ServiceNow platforms.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience designing and implementing ServiceNow architecture.
• Experience with ITSM/ITOM areas and CMDB management.
• Proficiency in IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs and JavaScript.
