Job summary

Mewar Infotech Limited seeks 2 strong ServiceNow Architects to lead enterprise ServiceNow architecture, solution design, integrations, platform governance, and technical delivery. You will define scalable platform and solution architecture, lead technical design, configuration, customization, integrations and performance optimization, and establish architecture standards, governance and best practices.

The role spans ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD and App Engine, with emphasis on REST APIs,

Qualifications

• Strong ServiceNow Architecture experience.
• Advanced ServiceNow configuration and customization.
• JavaScript, REST APIs, integrations.
• ITSM with exposure to ITOM / ITAM.
• Workflow and process optimization.
• ServiceNow security, data modeling, performance tuning, and governance.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define scalable ServiceNow platform and solution architecture across enterprise initiatives.
• Lead technical design, configuration, customization, integrations, and performance optimization.
• Establish ServiceNow architecture standards, design patterns, governance, and best practices.

• Design workflows, data models, security frameworks, and process automation.
• Support platform upgrades, health monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, functional teams, and technical leadership.
