Qualifications

• Extensive ServiceNow platform expertise (12+ years).
• Strong ITSM experience (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
• Deep ITOM experience including Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management.
• CMDB implementation and alignment with CSDM principles.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB.
• Prepare HLD, LLD and architecture diagrams.
• Design scalable and secure solutions.
• Architect CMDB aligned with CSDM and implement Discovery/Service Mapping/Event Management.
• Lead governance: standards, CAB reviews and vendor reviews.
• Guide development teams and ensure quality of deliveries.
• Integrate with cloud, AD, SAP and monitoring tools.
• Engage and lead discussions with business and IT stakeholders.
