Job summary

Innova Solutions in Hyderabad is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Architect to lead end-to-end architecture and design across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.

You will define platform architecture, data models, integration patterns, and governance, provide technical leadership, perform architecture reviews, and ensure security, compliance, and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and multi-module implementations.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies).
• Expertise in Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and data modeling.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes.
• Experience with REST/SOAP, OAuth, SSO, LDAP integrations.
• Knowledge of AWS/Azure and enterprise architecture frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and ensure adherence to platform guidelines.
• Drive platform optimization, performance tuning, and upgrade planning.
• Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate new ServiceNow features, plugins, and capabilities for continuous improvement.

Experience

• 12-15 years of overall IT experience
• 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience in architecture/design roles

Preferred Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS ITSM/ITOM/HRSD)
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (highly preferred)
