Job summary

InfoBeans in Pune seeks an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow Expert Platform. You will drive ITSM and ITOM implementations to support enterprise service management initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with strong ServiceNow platform expertise.
• Proven experience implementing ITOM and ITSM solutions on ServiceNow.
• Hands-on ServiceNow development and platform configuration.
• Strong experience building integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and middleware.
• Experience designing UI with UI Builder and ServiceNow Experience framework.
• Experience delivering CSM solutions.
• Ability to guide development teams and collaborate with stakeholders.

• Design modern and intuitive user experiences using UI Builder and the ServiceNow Experience framework.
• Lead implementations of Customer Service Management (CSM) capabilities to enhance customer support workflows.
