You will define end-to-end platform architecture, drive solution design across modules, and ensure alignment with business objectives, scalability and security.

The role requires collaboration with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, delivery teams, partners, and operations throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience with significant ServiceNow experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the overall ServiceNow platform architecture and solution design.

• Lead architecture governance and design approval processes.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Support release planning, deployment, cutover, and hypercare activities.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the trusted advisor for business and technical stakeholders.
• Present solution options, recommendations, and architecture roadmaps.
• Collaborate with product owners, delivery managers, enterprise architects, and leadership teams.

Required Experience
