Job summary

InfoBeans in Pune is seeking a senior ServiceNow Architect to lead architecture, design and implementation of enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow Expert Platform. You will shape ITSM and ITOM solutions and drive scalable integrations with REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.

You will guide custom development (Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer, and custom apps), craft modern interfaces via UI Builder and the Experience framework, and steer CSM deployments while mentoring

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with strong ServiceNow platform expertise.
• Proven experience implementing ITOM and ITSM solutions on ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow custom development and platform configuration.
• Strong experience designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and middleware tools.
• Experience building user interfaces using UI Builder and ServiceNow Experience framework.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, platform capabilities, and best practices.
• Experience delivering CS M solutions within Customer Service Management (CSM).
• Ability to guide development teams and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable platform solutions.
