• 8+ years in the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Job Requirements and Responsibilities

The ServiceNow Technical Architect designs secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions on the ServiceNow platform; translates business requirements into technical architecture; advises senior stakeholders; and provides technical governance throughout the solution lifecycle.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Design innovative ServiceNow solutions and clearly articulate the proposed architecture and business value.
• Advise C-suite stakeholders on solutions aligned with their business needs.
• Provide leadership and oversight for critical ServiceNow programs at Fortune 500 clients.
• Develop prototypes and deliver effective ServiceNow solution demonstrations.
• Assess client environments and create transformation roadmaps that improve business value.
• Identify opportunities to deliver additional client value and collaborate with ServiceNow account teams to advance them.
• Continuously improve implementation methodologies and service offerings based on client experience.
• Create technical architecture diagrams and supporting documentation.
• Design reusable technical frameworks, building blocks, and accelerators.
• Perform hands-on development of complex client solutions.
• Guide and mentor ServiceNow Developers.
• Provide consultative thought leadership by presenting options, benefits, trade-offs, and risks to sponsors and stakeholders addressing governance, program/project management, business process, and technical challenges.
• Lead solution design, estimation, implementation planning, and development of proposal responses for new opportunities.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to expanding ServiceNow expertise through formal training, mentorship, and hands-on experience.
• Stay current with major platform releases and complete required delta exams promptly.
• Bring 8+ years of experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Have hands-on experience developing solutions using relevant ServiceNow platform components.
• Demonstrate expertise in architecting ServiceNow or comparable ITIL-based solutions.
• Have experience implementing or maintaining ServiceNow ITSM,CSM and SPM modules
• Demonstrate success with large-scale deployments and a strong understanding of application lifecycle management.
• Develop design documentation covering business, infrastructure, security, support, and operational requirements.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Work effectively in virtual teams across multiple locations.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, mentoring, customer service, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrate strong prioritization, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Minimum certification criteria: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications in IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification is preferred.
